This weeks theme: Safe

This is a scrapbook page I did with pictures taken after a parade my hubby was in last year.. he is a volunteer firefighter and used to be an EMT. He makes us feel safe everyday.. he provides us with a home and food on our table, he takes care of us when we are down, he gives Ashley and I unconditional love everyday. And not only does he do that all that for us but he puts his life on the line for complete strangers, he will go into a burning building without blinking an eye if it means saving someones life.. he sees things I can't even imagine at accident scenes but he puts that beside and does his job to get trapped children out of vehicle.. he is and always will be my hero and Ashley's hero and he is the hero to many others and he rarely gets the credit he deserves and even when he does he says he was just doing his job.
